As soon as you place an order for goods or make an appointment booking, whilst trying not to get too over-excited we’ll let you know by email that we have received your request, along with an order number or booking confirmation. In the very unlikely event that we can’t fulfil your every need – for example your appointment time needs changing– we will give you a quick call or send you a grovelling email or text.
If something in your order is out of stock, there’s a problem with a product/its pricing or if your payment didn’t go through (meh, it happens to the best of us), we may not accept your order. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
When the time has come for your long-awaited appointment, it’s best to arrive at least five minutes early (ok, we meant ten...) to complete any necessary registration forms that you didn’t manage to do online (get the dull bit of out of the way first, we say). Please be open when it comes to your medical info – there is no judgement here. I Love Lash cannot be made responsible or to blame for any damage caused as a result of withheld information so you may as well be completely honest – you’ll be pleased to hear we are very discreet. The same goes for following our expert instructions post-treatment – always do as we say because they really do know best. And that’s our motherly lecture over for today.
Just to let you know, promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless the offer specifically states otherwise and all treatments, products and offers are subject to availability.
We will try our very best to let you know about any price-alterations (these can happen at any time which we understand is a real pain) but please know that this isn’t always possible.
Right of Refusal
Whilst we know our clients are considerate and respectful people, I Love Lash reserves the right to refuse service if there is any funny business or improper conduct. We’re a friendly studio and, just like you, do not wish to be sworn at or treated disrespectfully. We reserve the right to define inappropriate behaviour or language and such actions will result in the termination of service. It’s just that we like where we work and rudeness cannot be catered for in such a happy and healthy environment.
Inspection of Goods
When you receive anything from us, could we ask you to check it thoroughly and that everything on the delivery note is included? We want you to be completely thrilled with your order and we will just assume that you are, unless you tell us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with our returns policy. Otherwise we will happily be going on our merry way thinking everything is dandy, ticking off your order as ‘accepted’. If there’s a problem, and we’ve ticked that box, there’s no going back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro, PayPal and American Express. Oh and old fashioned cash too.
We’ll take payment, and you will no longer see it in your account from the moment your order is acknowledged or once you’ve had your treatment.
Here’s the important techy bit: Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholder's address must match the information held by the issuing authority. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to I Love Lash, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Returns
If you’ve placed an order on our website, by mail, over the phone, via post or directly from our clinic our returns policy is just for you. We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your order, but if for any reason you don’t (why not? Just kidding), you have the legal right to cancel it within seven working days. We promise we won’t take it personally. All you need to do is send us details of cancellation in writing and return your order to us in its original, unopened and unused condition. You can do this by emailing us at info@ilovelash.com or do it the old fashioned way by penning a letter (if it wasn’t a cancellation of your order we’d think it was almost romantic! Someone pass us the feather quill and ink pot!) Write to us at Customer Services, I Love Lash, 19b Beak Street, W1F 9RP London UK and we promise to do all we can to process your cancellation as quickly as possible. Don’t forget to give us full details of your customer order number and what you are returning. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once we’ve got your return, we will give you a refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. We cannot reimburse return costs unless your order was damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
So that our service is the very best it can be, please let us know the reason for your return. It’s best to send the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY and to the following address:
Customer Services, I Love Lash, 19b Beak Street, W1F 9RP London UK.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
Please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@ilovelash.com
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
General
A quick note on contact details. We know mistakes happen – especially when the excitement of placing an order takes over. So take extra care when inputting your contact and postal details as any inaccuracy can cause delays or prevent delivery altogether which, let’s face it, would be a catastrophe as we aren’t liable for either of these things. Any items returned to sender will be considered unwanted, sad and unappreciated which we know isn’t how you really feel.
Privacy Policy
Without limiting the generality of the Terms and Conditions, your use of our Website and our Studio services are also subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy which can be found here and which is hereby incorporated into and made part of these Terms and Conditions. In short, it’s all sort of the same thing.
Liability
We can’t be made responsible for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by You if and to the extent that it is caused by your negligence or wilful misconduct or by breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. In other words, just be careful, k?
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the validity, construction, performance of all contractual and non-contractual matters arising therefrom, shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
